It does happen that Vietnam, which is next door to Cambodia, produces the 2nd most coffee in the world of any country. How should we reconcile that fact with your claims? Also, you said you knew the coffee you pictured was fake because, " I’ve never been able to sell my coffee to them because “too much, we want cheap”." That isn't much proof. Did you test each of those 10 bags to verify they were all full of fake coffee? It's a very interesting topic, I'm glad you started this thread.
The original post I'll admit was a lot less complete that it could have been, and to be honest, I wasn't really thinking there was much interest in it because I thought everyone knew about soybean coffee. I didn't "document" or snap pictures when I went to the soybean/corn roasters, or when I watched the "marinating" process take place, so I don't have that smoking gun so to speak to convince a few other skeptics. Because it's common knowledge to me, I was surprised to find that most people were convinced that their coffee was real when it was mostly soy coffee.
Anyway, besides that though, It's really other people's word vs. mine for the most part because the soy roasters aren't exactly lining up to tell their secrets or spill the beans (pun intended).

Don't take it the wrong way (all of the K440 and expat group), but I've made so little money from K440 referrals and such that's it's laughable to think I'd spend time to defend a business on here for income's sake.

I'm very much an advocate of free information and knowledge being available to the average consumer, and that's the main reason I post in the first place. I have never asked for any money (nor have I earned) anything directly from posts I've made here, but I enjoy very much the people I've come to know and also knowing that people get to learn as well.
