Contrary to what it says on the first link, last week the chicken was $5 - lamb or beef were $9.95, I think. I was disappointed with the chicken (no sliced meat, just fatty bits) but I've had better there before. I think the lamb and beef are probably good. Good place. They deliver.
Score Sports Bar and Grill
http://scorekh.com
No. 5, Street 282. (Between Streets 51 and 57.)

"British-style Sunday roast." $10.75. Not very big but not too bad apparently.
The Exchange

#28, Street 47 (France Street). (Corner with Street 84 - north of Wat Phnom.)
http://theexchange-cambodia.com/findus.php

I've never been. I think it's a carvery-style thing. Possibly all-you-can-eat? $20 "including free salad"
I also suspect they might charge tax on top of that $20. Probably recommended if you are willing to pay that much. Hopefuly others will chip in with more info.

Years ago I had the chicken breast, stuffed with stuffing and wrapped in bacon. I quite liked it. Others not so much. I haven't been in years. "Lamb, beef, pork chop or chicken with all the trimmings: $10.75." Noon till 8pm.

Skirts Bar / The Pub
#45, Street 174 (between Norodom and Street 51).

I'm not sure if they do a regular roast. It's good - and good value - when they do do one.
I think someone mentioned that the
Alley Bar (off Street 240) might do one. I'm not sure. 095 222 405.

That's it; I can't think of any more.
