Sir, I suggest you collect some seeds of your favorite chronic, put them inside the back liner of a plastic CD case and mail it to yourself "Post Restante" in Cambodia, either PP or small Kampot; pick it up and grow your own... (That is what I used to do, back in the day, living in Taiwan -- I ordered it online from Gypsy Nirvana and that was his preferred shipment method from the U.K. I grew it for genuine medical reasons: at the time, I was suffering from chronic ulcerative colitis, and so I started growing about 8 or 12 females every winter, and it lasted a whole year, I barely had to smoke one joint a week to keep my colitis in full remission... I never ever again had to return to the hospital for colonoscopies or further sulphate suppositories, etc, etc... My colitis disappeared entirely! It is truly beyond me why and how it took so long for the positive medicinal values of maryjane to be recognized by our supposedly intelligent and informed society...)
Here in Cambodia, it is not hard to find little houses here and there with little gardens around many places in Cambodia, just have to keep it out of sight... I suggest a rural area like Pailin -- lots of sun, or maybe even Mondulkuri, which is higher up and you can probably get nice cheap land there, or a small cottage in the country with privacy; best weather in Cambodia, too! I am thinking of moving there if SKV deteriorates much more. Either there, or Sri Lanka...
Anyway, sometimes there is quality weed available, it is hit and miss... But the thing you must understand that it is still officially ILLEGAL to use weed here; for example, there are many police forces in Cambodia, traffic, civil and military. The official role of the military police, as many people may or may not be aware, is actually to prevent contraband from crossing borders of Cambodia, especially weaponry, hardwood timber and drugs; also, the military police are responsible for stopping locals from growing weed, and they do regularly burn down weed crops in Takeo and on the side of Bokor mountain -- whenever they take the trouble to find it -- which isn't too difficult. So, just put a piece of translucent camouflage netting over your garden and surround your flowers with nice big potted palm plants and ivies...
Ganja is cheap here, but the quality is not always great, although chronic is available. I don't smoke often, and in my years here, have only bought a few bags, only to make cookies with cinnamon, cloves, honey, butter, oatmeal and raisins -- this is much healthier... Weed is great for writing poetry, but I lose a lot of sleep singing loudly at 3 in the morning, and look a hangdog after a few days of that kind of shit... I really really don't know HOW you chronic users can do it without dying of heart attacks, hahaa... But I guess some of you do -- die -- after all ... of heart attacks? ...Hahahaha...
