jackrossi, there is no repatriation. It does not work like that. You pay, you fly. You come in, you go back to where you originated from. That is international law. And I have plenty experience, by the way.

Again I didn't say they must send you back, I just said that even if you land there without documents due to an emergency landing they will allow you to go back to your country unlike if you cross at a border crossing without documents which can cause fines, detention or expulsion back to the country you attempted entering from.
The objective of the individual is the return to his home country and not be sent back to Cambodia that's the point.
