This is just a guess but that looks like Ascites, which is abnormal build up of fluid in the abdomen. Not sure about the purple cyst like swelling though. Usually peritoneal paracentesis is performed to withdraw and analyze the fluid. "Causes of ascites include hepatic cirrhosis, alcoholic hepatitis, heart failure, fulminant hepatic failure, portal vein thrombosis, peritoneal carcinomatosis, inflammation of the pancreas or biliary system, nephrotic syndrome, peritonitis, and ischemic or obstructed bowel."
