Reminds me of an old joke.
A known smuggler regularly crosses the border in his car.
The customs agents, knowing him to be a smuggler searches the car and the smuggler but is unable to find the contrband.
This process occurs every month for many years upo until both the smuggler and the customs agent retire.
At some time the agent meets the smuggler and they become friends, after a while the agent asks the smuggler "What were you smuggling". The smuggler replies, "cars"
Isn't there any legal options for you to pursue?
Declare yourself a transgender aboriginal and then sue them for sexual/racial profiling.

I fully understand that ABF and other government agencies have an important job to do in protecting Australia from all manner of illegal imports and very nasty people and their perverted practices, but as I am not one of these people I would like ABF to turn their attention to others. But I doubt if it will happen as I doubt if the algorithms used to select people for very close examining and questioning are updated after each of these interrogations.
