If you live in Sihanoukville, are you tired of being thrown out of your house/apartment so casino/gambling workers can be moved in, tired of the traffic congestion or have a boat/jetski on a trailer you can't launch? If you live in Phnom Penh, do you have a boat/jetski you can only use on the polluted rivers there? Than Ream River Bungalows is for you.
Located about 300 meters from the Hwy #4 bridge. Nice/large restaurant next door that has a covered dock with food service. (inexpensive food). Land fronts on the Ream River. Boat launch ramp with floating docks planned. Two bedroom/two WC with two car/one car-one boat trailer garage with enclosed lockable option. Secure walled in compound.
A friend of mine is building myself and a friend two of these bungalows. The owner will only build seven more. Once you have signed a lease contract he will build your bungalow in just over two months with two floor plans available. After these seven are leased, there are no more. My and my friends bungalows were started two days ago. The owned will be building a get-away/holiday house for himself at the back of the land.
Lease is $500 a month and $550 with enclosed/lockable garage. The Sihanoukville airport is just minutes away for that shopping trip to Kuala Lumpur (airasia) or a quick trip to Phnom Penh (JC Intenational Airlines.) The Village of Ream is just down the road also. Ream Park is minutes away using your boat or jetski. The river is fresh water so no saltwater marine growth on your boat. To my knowledge there is only one boat launch ramp in Sihanoukville and its on Independence beach. Live here and launch your boat and be on the river in minutes (floating docks planned.)
Would be great for people living in Phnom Penh with a boat on a trailer. Use as a weekend/holiday get away. Be able to safely store/dock you boat during the work week and drive to Ream (or fly to the Sihanoukville airport) and be on the river/ocean the same day. Close to Sihanoukville, but away from the nasty casino's and traffic congestion. Very quiet area. Would be a great retirement home (like I'm doing) with boating/fishing options. (I hear there is good mangrove-jack fishing on the river.) as I said, mine and a friends is being built right now and when the other seven are leased/abuilding, there will be no more. BTW/ I receive nothing for this, I just would like some nice neighbors that are into boats/jetskis.
You can PM me or Contact Ly Hout at 016589689, or he owns the car repair shop by the small market(Sihanoukville), down the side street from Charley Harpers Bar. (Tell him Grandfather sent you.)
