Wouldn't worry about it at all, probably just a tiny amount of condensation made it way into HT lead or coil, etc. I've done much much worse to my bikes via accidents and still had a good running bike afterwards...i.e. I slid my Cub off the road once and landed in flooded rice field. Found the crankcase full of water, pushed bike to nearest petrol stop, drained the oil and water out and filled, went home slowly (misfiring like a mofo).
Flushed the engine when I got home, filled it up again, used spray lube to spray the contacts out and reassembled. Good to go, bike lasted another year and a half until I sold it and had not a single water related issue afterwards.
