Good.
The death penalty is an aberration conducted by the worst governments in the world.
Combined with Law Enforcement, the Death Penalty is a good thing.
Why do we want to keep guys around who rape entire families then make lampshades out of the leftovers?
It might be cheaper to use a death penalty, instead of long prison time.
But at least in my opinion killing somebody in order to save some money, can just not be morally defended.
If the criminal stays in prison, there is at least a small possibility that they manage to sort out their issues. It might also later be found out that they were in fact not guilty, or that the criminal activity they actually took part in was less severe than what the initial ruling was based on. If not, well then I guess they stay there.
