Number 3) makes leg joint strong.
Take note of the size of some of them Cambodian Rickshaw riders calf muscles., Massive.
I actually rode it, climbed up onto the seat (they are high sitting) the old boy hopped into the front carriage thing, and off we went , 3 blocks to 172, ,I gave him $2, he was happy, smiling, probably that I didn't crash his business.... my legs, and butt were sore after that 15 minute thrill.
