Some of them work in city. In big hotels. Repeated assured that they are very familiar with western hotel rooms and would be done just like those. Repeated assured that they knew the requirements and were meeting them.
Actually the builder was impressive. Plum lines and string to make everything straight. Proper concrete molds for the pouring, possibly rebar. Then wire mesh for further support.
