JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure that service in restaurant is carried out according to standards set out according to franchise policies, standards, and procedures
• Welcome guests
• Responsible for the day to day operation of the food & beverage department according to company´s instructions
• Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the customers in restaurant
• Responsible for the final delivery of all F&B products in accordance with company´s standards.
• Responsible for the overall implementation of all F&B policies and procedures pertaining to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, consumption, costs, quality, menus, special parties and others
• Sets an example for the entire F&B department by always displaying impeccable behavior
• Assists guests in any special request, including but not limited to parties, special functions, special diets
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Comply with all health and safety regulation
• Provide job training to the staff
• Recruitment and selection new staff
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years of experience working as F&B Operations Manager
• Strong communication
• Proficiency in English required
• Computer literate; able to use MS Word, MS Excel, Internet & E-mail
