I get mine down at my local hydroponics shop, but Amazon carries it in various quantities. You'll also need an applicator like this:
Some spider mites here in California have evolved in indoor grow environments and are immune to pyrethrum sprays and mitricidal soaps, oils etc. Some hydro stores are contaminated super-mite reservoirs, so you can pick up some pretty nasty critters that will shrug off pyrethrum bug-bombs and most anything else you can throw at them. For a full on infestation, I'll use Floramite and Azamax and then change up with Avid to kill off the second hatching. This cocktail runs $300+ a quart for each part, but you'll only need a 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water and a quart bottle will be enough to fill up a crop dusting plane.
I tried a sulfur burner a few years back, it killed off a powdery mildew infection and the mites, but it didn't take out the eggs and so I was re-infested within a few days. I don't think it's possible to be completely mite free and organic, at least not where I live.
