That's a fact. But, my question is, Would I be able to claim half of her assets she owns in Cambodia?
In theory, yes, but good luck and maybe wait until her parents die first.

Well, to be fair, if they gave you all of the answers you were looking for right away, then you wouldn't need them, and they just provided you a service for free. I'm sure if you paid for the answers, you'd get them pretty quickly.
