Re: Big New Hospital on the road to the Airport?
It might also be worth taking a look at the new Cho Ray hospital on route 1. It's an offshoot of the large Vietnamese hospital. I've got no idea of the quality but they've definitely got the largest and most modern facility in the country. http://www.bmcc.com.vn/System/Images_TinTuc/2013-12-27-0375....

Re:
It's a trip reading stuff that you wrote over a decade ago. It reminds you how much you have changed and also how much Cambodia has changed. I don't think the person writing then would recognise Phnom Penh today. It's also interesting how I was talking then with people I'd never met, but would later...

I think there used to be a gap between Acer and Toshiba, with Acer raising its game and Toshiba not seeming to be able to maintain quality at the same time as lowering their price point to compete with the likes of Acer. If I was now looking at laptops and was choosing between a Toshiba and Acer of ...

There is also a replay on at 10am Star Sports for anyone who falls asleep in their beer before kick-off. Should be a cracker, although I have to say I'm more than a little nervous about the prospect. Nothing worse than needing a draw at home to proceed. What do you do? Try and play out a 0-0 draw, n...

It's a Wiki, which means anyone can contribute content and also edit the content. This means you inevitably end up with shit like this on there. I used to contribute sometimes (not on Cambodian subjects) to Wikipedia but now thanks to clowns like the one that posted this piece on Hun Sen, almost eve...
