If you don't have a valid drivers license, the insurance is not valid. Can also go to Poema Insurance on street 13.

They do get commission, I know if a tuk tuk driver brings a customer to Royal Angkor in Siem Reap they get a nice commission.

I use wing and it I find it very convenient. I use it mostly to transfer money from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (wing to wing) and for topping up my phone. They charge a little fee but that is still reasonable, you also don't have to wait for ages in the bank. Many "wing points" in Siem Reap and I suppo...
