Banning sex
Tanzania has banned sex related lubricants in order to stop gay sex. I'm sure this is going to be as effective as govt bans on prostitution, alcohol and drugs. The problem there is that common alternative lubricants like cocoa butter are worse for spreading stds like HIV as they weaken condoms. In m...

ATM fees
Badboybubby - in the UK banks use the wholesale visa or MasterCard rate for foreign purchases or withdrawals then add a "loading" - typically 2%. They then add a transaction fee on top of that. There are a couple of banks that don't add any fees or loading. I imagine banks are much the same in NZ & ...

The U.K. pretty much does universally ban guns. No chance of anyone getting an assault gun. Some people have gun licenses so can kill one or two people, but that's all. Not 49.

I think it'll definitely have an impact on the result, especially with her husband saying "fight against the hate that killed her". Place your bets.

Will be interesting to see if the shooting has any impact on support for Brexit. The media are reporting her condition as critical.

The bookies are still predicting in. I was thinking of betting £1k on in which'd give £530 profit, but I think it's going to be too close to risk it.

I'm voting in too as I think there are more advantages to staying. Immigration is an issue that affects many low skilled workers, but hopefully they'll teach their kids to study and move to where more work is available. People buy German cars because they're better. There's not much left of the Brit...

Tax shelter paperwork leaked
The leak is from the 4th largest firm dealing in this business. So there's a lot still under wraps with other firms that we'll never hear about.
The leak is going to be drip fed like the Wikileaks and Snowden revelations so I'm sure there will be more on Westerners in the days/weeks ahead.

I'll be voting to remain as I think the EU is by and large a good thing for the uk, as much as Murdoch and the Daily Mail hate it. I think the law requiring British citizens overseas to be earning £X before they can bring their partners back is terribly unfair and needs to be reformed. As is the law...

We had local Romney Marsh lamb here in the uk, though we often have game meats. Ham tomorrow. I dislike turkey - too bland.

Do you ever use the darknet? Well, you should. Check out wikileaks. And it will direct you to other places. I cannot post classified documents, so fuck that. So why not post some dark net links of the material? It's not illegal to post a link to material. I suspect if it was genuine then it would b...

I am HIV positive. Do you know someone who is?
At least he's being open about it. There are plenty of people out there who are a) not open about it because of the stigma seen in posts above, or b) don't know they're hiv+. The problem these days is that there's so little education about hiv so more ignorance around it when it comes to unprotected...
