Re: Comments?
^Funny enough, I had the turbo version of that car in Japan (Suzuki Alto) and it was damn quick. Being serious, because it's so tiny and weighs nothing it was surprising, and with the turbocharger being able to up efficiency a bit, it would do 80 mpg at a 90 km/h cruise. Little Keijidoushas (supermi...

^^I seriously wanted to get Land Rover badges for the bonnet and bootlid, and then put on the hatch "RANGE WOO" just for the hell of it.

Re: Bargaining / Haggling - New Situation?
^^Sad on the electrician, should have referred you to "my guy". The local Vietnamese bloke charged me $4 to wired the entire bottom floor of my house with proper grounds (plus wire cost of course). Lots of work, I think it took him 4 hours. I paid him $10 for the exact reason that the Khmer people w...

Re: Car/Bike FAQ sticky thread?
No problem, suggestions always appreciated. I tried a wordpress site a few years ago, and after weeks or trying to understand what was what, the cPanel program (whatever it's called) completely locked up and I lost all my saved data. I tried to restore it with the help of a friend, but it was no use...

Re: Car/Bike FAQ sticky thread?
^^I could, but having my own website is something I really don't care to do. I don't understand how the whole interweb world of networking and such goes (I have no facetube account, twitter, internet channel etc etc.) and I don't really care to learn, the main thing is that if someone can benefit fr...

Yeah, 650. Made a mistake thinking it had a 6.0 or 6.4 powerstroke Navistar motor (in the 550s). Anyway, a Cummins 6.7 is a tiny bit more fuel efficient, so it's the sensible choice of truck for fuel consumption.

Good Lord! I'm impressed he made it that far from the gas station. i wonder how many liters per km that thing gets. ^^Believe it or not, 3.5-4.5 (9-11 mpg) or barely worse than an LX470-570. I used to drive an F-450 dually at the dealership I worked at, and I never got below 12 mpg US. The F-650s a...

Car/Bike FAQ sticky thread?
So, I'll have some freetime on my hands in Vietnam/Taiwan on my upcoming business trip and was contemplating on organizing all of my bike/car posts with info into a one thread, just a thread with links to all the original posts or answers. I've also in the meantime written maybe 10 or 20 guides that...

^^Honestly, I was in the process of opening a restaurant but I am having second thoughts. Tired of being on the move and constantly working so I might retire. :D Just kidding, but I'm really not sure at the moment if I don't go through with opening the establishment so who knows. **About the bike fo...

^I apologize about that, and I'll rude again because I can't recall when I've met you. I know I'm a bit of an irritable arse to begin with so it doesn't surprise me. Looks like I'm 1 for 4 now.

Bike doesn't look too bad honestly but the fact that it wont start now has me thinking it's going to take a bit more work than plastic panels.
