Re: English English teacher arrested
This thread has been revived by the loquacious heavy hitters, moderators and presumed owners of the site. It might be instructive for casual participants and novices to review, at pages 12 through 18, the orgy of their McCartyite invective and pedophilia-inflected innuendo unleashed by my mere casua...

Re: What would you discuss with a director from a large NGO?
"it's easy enough to rate candidates lower based on factors such as how they answer the question about the relationship with Jesus," Let's someone apply and get a copy of this application form and post it here and elsewhere. Alas, I'm not in a position to do so myself. But 1 lady drink in the sin ca...

Re: What would you discuss with a director from a large NGO?
You might ask him what his NGO's position would be if a very well funded Islamic charity based, say, in Lebanon that had raised money all through the Middle East came to lend assistance with the Hurricane Katrina aftermath by building 1000 houses and opening 5 hospitals in Louisiana. And their appli...

"based on factors such as how they answer the question about the relationship with Jesus"
Such a question on a job application is a spit in the eye of any job candidate, Christian or non-Christian. No one should give a penny to a charity that so conducts itself.

Re: What would you discuss with a director from a large NGO?
it is fundamentally corrupt to seek out people in great need and offer to help them and pressure them to change their religion in exchange for that help.

Re: English English teacher arrested
Andy, as I understand it, you are a journalist. So I'm sure that you readily understand that the sort of stuff that these people have done here today can be life-endangering. Were the target's identity to be publicly known, no amount of careful recounting of facts would matter. If he were so much a ...

Re: English English teacher arrested
I said I would not respond and I didn’t. But now that you gentlemen have run out of air I will tell the story of any connection between me and Mr. Fletcher. When I made by July 2013 post I did not even remember the man’s name. I did recall the memorable name of the bar – Bogey and Bacall. My post an...

Re: English English teacher arrested
Here is the post referred to directly above: "Surely only a troll would ask about bogey and Bacall?" I posted my question because several years ago i was briefly involved, naively it appears, w. his effort to hand out food at the dump. I cam back to pp and found him and his bar gone. Do restrain you...

Re: English English teacher arrested
The below is the June 2013 post being referred to:
Bogey and Bacall. There was a bar by that name 1 or 2 streets from the riverside. The owner (English) used to go out to the garbage dump and distribute food. It closed ans the owners vanished. Anyone know what happened?

Re: English English teacher arrested
“Yes, the last time I was there there was a nasty verbal/physical confrontation at the pool tables involving 2 guys and one girl which looked like it would escalate to a fight which fortunately it didn't.” Had I seen such, I certainly would have acted accordingly. I did not. I have been there about ...

Re: English English teacher arrested
"Don't think their private lives are the issue; point is, they are actively working, those working girls, at the time." That is not the affair on anyone who is not in the market, at that time, for their services. They should be judged by their conduct only. Just as a bar full of chaste but disorderl...

Re: English English teacher arrested
"I don't think it really matters how many hookers think it's a good idea to take children to hooker bars, or how many strippers think it's a good idea to take children to gogo bars, or how many junkies think it's a good idea to take children to a crack house." This insulting overheated statement is ...

Re: English English teacher arrested
"I just wonder how many of them think it's an excellent idea to take children there considering it's essentially an adult entertainment venue. The music starts late at night doesn't it." The music starts at about 9 pm and ends at about midnight. Those times are not inappropriate for a child. That is...
