Hey folks,
How are internet speeds in Siem Reap these days? It is enough for multiplayer games on a PS4 or PC?
If so, what company would you suggest going with?
Thanks!

Re: What's the current situation on teaching with a TEFL but no degree?
Hi folks! I've been getting a lot of conflicting information lately. I'm moving to Cambodia in February and have a TEFL and CTEYL, but no degree or teaching experience. I plan to be there long-term and take the job seriously and help the students however I can. I'm not going there to fund some part...

Teaching English without a degree. So many mixed messages. What's the truth?
I've been hearing a lot of total opposite information about teaching English without a degree. So, if one has a TEFL and looks and sounds professional, but has no degree or teaching experience, should they be able to find a job fairly easily? I've heard that there are swarms of people unable to find...

Official stuff in Siem Reap
Hi folks! I'm moving to Cambodia in Frbruary and I'd much prefer to live in Siem Reap. Can all the "official" stuff be done in Siem Reap like getting a work permit, visa extension, driver's license, vaccinations, etc? Is there anything like this that would have to be done in Phnom Penh? Thanks!

Re: Being Diabetic in Cambodia
Playboy, thanks for the helpful reply! Would you be willing to name some of the restaurants you know of in PP where you can get sugar-free food? Thanks!

Being Diabetic in Cambodia
Hey folks, I'm moving to PP in a few months and I'm diabetic (type 2). I know Cambodian food has a fair amount of sugar. I was wondering if there are any other diabetics out there and how you navigate the food there to avoid too much sugar? Also, do UCare or Pharmacie de la Gare carry glucose testin...

Bringing a PS4
I'm moving to Phnom Penh in a few months and would like to bring my PS4 in my suitcase. Will I have to pay anything to bring it in? Is there anything important I should know other than taking precautions to prevent theft?
Thanks!
Thanks!
