There's no indication that anyone is actually planning to charge him. let's hope the stautory authorities do what they're mandated...

A victory for what most would agree was the best team in the competition, overall. certainly the most efficient and solid if not attractive...not the first and most likely not the last... firstly it's not a police certificate..it's a sangkat certificate which by definition is official (government)... For me Sangkat is neighborhood police station, tell more if you have better definition for this? secondly governments usually only accept accredited translations... Yes and MoFA do tran...

@BBB...Some countries require it to be certified, not all. thought it might be something like that.. it's interesting that an official (government) document needs to be further certified.. Nothing so interesting about that. Other country's official just could not know that cambodian police certific...

What would the situation be in Australia? Surely a Khmer who is a permanent resident or citizen can marry whoever she chooses and it will be recognized. Otherwise it must be a breach of international human rights. do you mean recognised in cambodia or australia? my undestanding is that a foreign ma...
