I'm thinking of a New Year in PP or Koh Phagnan for the party, as cheesy and "commercial" as the hippies (may they burn in hell) think they are, I think they're a great way to see a new year in. What's a New Year in Cambodia like? Is there normally something good on? What are people doing?
