Re: Best bar/Restaurants on riverside for non-smokers
Smoking in bars, restaurants, hotels, etc was definitely made illegal appx. 7 years ago...however, very rarely enforced by the authorities, up to the Business owners whether they enforce it or not, most don't.

Re: Postal code for SWIFT Transfer to ABA
I've never had to provide a postcode for SWIFT transfers
https://www.ababank.com/swift-transfers/
But, in case you do actually need it, the Head Office, which is the address for all SWIFT transfers, is in Sangkat BKK1, postcode 120102.

Re: Stolen passport - immigration police
Never intentionally, usually stolen in bag snatches, which is why if people need to take their passport out of the house then need to ensure it is secure on your body - in most cases the passports get dumped, and often find their way to the local cop shopWiner Diner wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 1:55 pmDo Cambodians steal Barang passports?

Re: Stolen passport - immigration police
You need to report the theft to the Police Post in the Sangkat (Commune) where the theft happened, you may be asked for a tip for them to produce the report. I can't comment in the process of applying for an ETD from the British Embassy, but if you check in their website it is all explained. https:/...
