Who was driving that new Mercedes that almost ran me down?

It was last week on Monivong. Brand new sporty Mercedes sedan with no license plates. Speeding around, passing red lights.

Who was that? Was it one of you guys?

I couldn't tell. Tinted windows.

Similar thing happened to me again today, but this time it was a spanking new Range Rover with no license plates.

I've had a couple white dudes in nice cars nearly run me down in phnom penh, acting like they were rcaf or some bullshit. i remembered what their cars looked like, so next time i see them i can disfigure their faces.
however, ive also had a few white drivers politely slow down and let me cross the road here, it was the best feeling ive ever had.

Happened to me once while crossing MTT. White guy in SUV slowed down for me... cars behind him went nuts with the horns and the motorbikes swerved around him. Still, nice feeling.
