If you dont mind the bot spams, I would recommend Metfone 097, 088 as they often have promotion bonus when topping up, and better coverage than any telecom networks out there.Lucky Lucan wrote:
I think 016 is a Hello number. No problem really, but calling cross-networks can be difficult and expensive. Most foreigners use Cellcard.
Welp I'm one of you now

cellcard. metfone are shite. and they give you bonuses too. cellcard are the lesser of many evils.

I ditched my (back up) metfone sim exactly because of their endless spamming. Cellcard only now.

But I found that my Cellcard SIM wouldn't send SMS messages to any Metfone numbers, despite the efforts of the Cellcard staff. They insisted it was a Metfone problem. Anyone else experience this lack of cross-network texting? I had to revert to Metfone and suffer the spamming. At least some of the spams are promo offers which are worthwhile.Sok Poupe wrote:That has to be the worst advice of the month.flying chicken wrote:If you dont mind the bot spams, I would recommend Metfone 097, 088 as they often have promotion bonus when topping up, and better coverage than any telecom networks out there.Lucky Lucan wrote:

Not sure if it is true,I heard from a friend that you get charged 10 or 20cents if pick up their spam calls. There is a free number giving you the option to disable both spam messages and calls -- the downside you no longer know their promotional date for bonus top up.
