Has the friend asked him what his story is? Did he do it?
I guess I wouldn't be a polite prison visitor. I'd ask stuff like that.
The name of the Khmer guy who was originally locked up has been released.

Yes, Cambodia Daily reporting today that the police have a new suspect: Western woman, early 40s, white skin, red hair, 1.6 meters (i.e. 5'3", i.e. tiny). Seen walking with Olly and (what may or may not be) the victim's bicycle. Oh yeah, and the chain was broken.
Police are afraid the woman may have already left the country.
??????? This makes no sense on so many levels.

This is all making me lean towards the idea that maybe a few local 'connected' rich kids did it - the sort of locals who won't be brought to justice because of their family connections.

Ted Bundy was quite a handsome man and had no problem chatting up women, he'd have had no problem scoring foreign chicks. Unfortunately he showed a predilection for smacking women over the head with hammers, who knew?

unless he was bundy style and using the broken bike as a lure... and took out the redhead as well (but hid her better).Pajama wrote:Yes, Cambodia Daily reporting today that the police have a new suspect: Western woman, early 40s, white skin, red hair, 1.6 meters (i.e. 5'3", i.e. tiny). did you actually read that article, of just skim it?
his lawyer knows nothing of this new suspect, she was seen walking WITH him... nothing else. accomplice? guilty and he's helping her cover it up? another victim? tons of possible theories, none really any more dumb than any other with that limited bit of info.
