Oh wait, there's an update. It appears from his FB feed that Taiwan deported him to Korea, but he's blacklisted there and is now being sent to "Peking."

I'll be very surprised if China lets him in.
I'll be very surprised if they let him on a plane. He could get a three day visa but he'd have to show a departure ticket.

Back in Europe
https://coconuts.co/bangkok/news/breaki ... ments-ago/Oh, man. Just yesterday, Coconuts reported that nefarious big-legged beggar Benjamin Holst was sick of Asia after being booted from South Korea and Taiwan on this trip to the East (as well as being denied a layover in Bangkok due to previous blacklisting). He announced his plans to go to Amsterdam and never return to Asia just before boarding a flight to Beijing yesterday.
"We are turning into a nation of whimpering slaves to Fear—fear of war, fear of poverty, fear of random terrorism, or suddenly getting locked up in a military detention camp on vague charges of being a Terrorist sympathizer." HST

Ah he was only in Beijing on a transit without visa. Now leaving Amsterdam for Cologne. The guy gets around.

The leg looks like it's getting bigger. How is he able to get it into an economy seat? Surely begging can't afford him business class.

Yes, I noticed that. But maybe he chubs up or takes some kind of leg viagra right before begging time.Londo wrote:The leg looks like it's getting bigger. How is he able to get it into an economy seat? Surely begging can't afford him business class.

For those of you who are not friends with Benjamin Holst on Facebook (and you should be) I can happily report that he is in Gambia, and he recently got engaged to a Gambian woman. The wedding is tomorrow.

I know how he ended up there.
At the gate in Mumbai he asked, with the same accent as Linus "entschuldigung, bitte is that the flight to Kambuchja ? Then the guy replied "Gambja? no this way sir please , please hurry as the flight is about to depart".

This is wonderful news! Hopefully they will make a movie about his life. I suspect the Gambia Adventure won't be the last twist or turn in his begging career!
So is this the last leg of his journey?
Trump is a genius!
i beg to differ, one she gets to know him, he will be out on a limb.maven wrote:So is this the last leg of his journey?
