I noticed some of those new KR style cabs, going way too fast thru slower moving traffic.

I wasn't aware that the Khmer Rouge used taxis like this... But i never had much affinity with history anyway!

Cars and road dividers seem to come off equally badly in these incidents. Might it help to strap a divider to the front of a car? Perhaps it would sway the odds in favour of the vehicle

The driver wasn't doing anything crazy, he had just come under the flyover towards Monivong then just drove into it. Guessing he fell asleep.
