American expat Eric Erdmann arrested in Phnom Penh
I was not escored. I flew on my own plane ticket. Oh now I am on probation where I had a bail hearing a week before I came there? Come on. Your ideas are getting crazy. What u want a photo of? I will take it tomorrow.
Eric,
I did not ask if you were escorted - I asked if you were deported.
Were you deported? - yes or no.

Not sure honestly because they did not say those words. I had an invalid passport so I had to go. They also said that when I get a new passport and a letter from the embassy that I am legit again I can come back.

Hey Eric/Snip did you know that statistically 9 out of 10 people enjoy a prison gang rape.
My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.
Post sexy photos of your wife!

So you were escorted to the plane?sniper_m4 wrote:Not sure honestly because they did not say those words. I had an invalid passport so I had to go. They also said that when I get a new passport and a letter from the embassy that I am legit again I can come back.
Why would Uk Heisela tell the press you were blacklisted from returning to Cambodia?
epidemiks wrote:The daily quoted Maj. Gen. Uk Heisela saying you were deported and blacklisted, and that US authorities would accompany you to the US from Doha. Do you contend that the Maj. Gen. lied about the circumstances of your departure?sniper_m4 wrote:To all you fuck tards that want to believe the lies.
Uk Heisela, chief of investigations at the Interior Ministry’s immigration department, said Eric Erdmann, 43, boarded a late afternoon flight bound for Doha, Qatar, where he would be met by U.S. authorities and accompanied to his home country.
“We already deported him. We escorted him onto the plane and his plane left at 5:30,” Major Gen-eral Heisela said, adding that Mr. Erdmann was no longer welcome in Cambodia.
“We added him to the blacklist because he committed an indecent act in the U.S.,” he said.
“He was deported with the official authorization of our interior minister, so if he wants to come back to Cambodia, he will have to request to our interior minister to issue official permission,” he added.
Lets hope that Eric Erdmann - the pedophile / kiddie fiddler - does not have any children with his lovely wife.

Bigphatt. I cant wait to meet you and I will show my wife that post of you insulting her. Keyboard commandos that are all talk. I started commenting in this post to debunk the news article from Cambodia Daily and I have done that. Most of what has been said did not or was not true. I dont take much stock from someone calling me a pedo and kiddie fiddler who is an expat sex tourist themselves. When I return I will give you all a shout and see if you are willing to put yoyr money were your mouth is.

An expat sex tourist? What's that supposed to mean?sniper_m4 wrote: I dont take much stock from someone calling me a pedo and kiddie fiddler who is an expat sex tourist themselves.
Bigphatt lives in his country of birth anyway, so you're talking BS.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
The obvious question that no one is asking is why Eric suddenly returned to the US of his own accord two days ago. Was this trip planned or did he do it on a whim to surprise his folks?

My guess is that he really is at his parent's house in Florida. It's my understanding that the USA has no extradition treaty with Cambodia. Also, perhaps more importantly here, whether a felon is extradited to a particular state is up to that state individually. If you're wanted on a crime in California, and you get arrested for something minor in New York, they will check with California and ask if they want to extradite you. Often, the answer is no. New York then cuts you loose, and then you just have to avoid setting foot in California, where they might still arrest you.
The term is "non-extradition" warrant.
This isn't a case of Erdman fleeing an Oregon prison sentence in 2010. He was only sentenced to supervised probation. He was supposed to be monitored by a probation officer in Oregon for three years and not commit any more crimes during that time. Instead, he fled to Cambodia, where, as far as we know, he didn't commit any more crimes for five years.
Oregon probably decided, quite rationally, that they don't want to force him to return to Oregon, at their expense, just to do his probation, i.e. to rent an apartment in Portland and be monitored by Oregon law enforcement, and get a job in Oregon and possibly re-establish roots in the Oregon community stay there forever. That's the last thing they want really.
Oregon's low-level pedophile has moved to places where creepy dudes go -- Cambodia, now Florida. That's a win for them. He's someone else's problem.
The US Embassy and Cambodian police orchestrated kicking him out of Cambodia, but, in the end, when his flight landed at a US airport, there were no cops from Oregon who wanted him.
I'm curious why the embassy couldn't have gotten him a ticket from Phnom Penh to Bangkok to Tokyo then direct into Portland, Oregon.
