Indeed, a lot of drivers will only use the pickup function, and then cancel the ride. Yesterday I reported one drive to Exnet, no sure what they'll do with it. But got a reply the 'were sorry for the inconvenient'.
Today another driver didn't activate the ride, but i made sure I had the exact estimated trip price ready. He also claimed 'internet not working', but on my phone it was, strange enough.... During the pickup it seems his internet was working fine, by the way....
