I've had fairly good luck with Exnet. But every time they get to my house, they don't seem to have 3G. We live out north a bit, but I have no problem, so I'm not sure what the deal is.
I also tried PassApp and learned a lesson. We were picked up in a 20-year old Camry. About halfway home a tire goes flat. The sidewall was just shredded. The driver clearly knows how to change a tire, but once all the lugs are loose, he can't get the rim loose from the axle. He pounded and pounded and it wouldn't come off. So he puts the lugs back on and tells us to get in and he'll drive on the flat. Well, that works for about 100 meters. We're well off the beaten path, so we wait for about 20 minutes before a tuk tuk comes along and we flag him down. The whole ride ends up costing about twice what it should have and 10-15 minutes turned into an hour.
ExNet Taxi hail app
They are lying - deal is that they do not want to use the Exnet app meter.Drg wrote:I've had fairly good luck with Exnet. But every time they get to my house, they don't seem to have 3G. We live out north a bit, but I have no problem, so I'm not sure what the deal is.

No offence, but why don't you guys just phone them?
I know the app does that for you, but the voice call is way more reliable, it seems.

Indeed, a lot of drivers will only use the pickup function, and then cancel the ride. This way they can charge what they want and ExNet won't get their share of the pie, because exnet charges per successful ride, not per pickup.slavedog wrote:They are lying - deal is that they do not want to use the Exnet app meter.Drg wrote:I've had fairly good luck with Exnet. Yesterday I reported one drive to Exnet, no sure what they'll do with it. But got a reply the 'were sorry for the inconvenient'.
Today another driver didn't activate the ride, but i made sure I had the exact estimated trip price ready. He also claimed 'internet not working', but on my phone it was, strange enough.... During the pickup it seems his internet was working fine, by the way....

hello, any update, still using it from PP airport ? How much is it ? Thanks.
A little primitive.
On Didi Kuai Di, you put in your destination, hit the nearest taxi on GPS, agree the fee, watch him in, and once you get in the car, the proximity of his phone makes sure he gets paid.
If you get out more than 100m from your destination, you have to manually pay the driver on an alert.
