If the games you play are online, you'll want to be in Phnom Penh for lowest latency. Both Ezecom and Open Net give me around 200-250 ping for LoL when I'm on NA or EUW (I don't play their Asian servers as they are run by Garena). Not great but certainly playable assuming you aren't playing at pro level.
Also, insinuating a man might be a pedophile is the lowest thing you can do. Pretty fucked up unless you have some concrete evidence.
Holy shit that escalated quickly. Where is the pedo accusation? I can't see it in anything you've quoted

I thought the film was hilarious, although many viewers found it unfunny. It depends on your sense of humor.
Its laced with absurd and often brutal scenes depicted in a "dark humor" sort of way. The film does get a bit tedious at times but I thought it worth watching.
Here's a short review that I agree with:
The plot is simple, after robbing a high profile gangster in London, the robbers intend to flee to Malaysia. Unfortunately due to the outbreak of the Icelandic volcano their plane diverts and instead of sunny beaches they face Lithuania in all its glory. Clueless as they are they mange to make a bad situation worse. Redirected will get the approving nod from Guy Ritchie and if you like absurd situations in a neck breaking speed, you will have a lovely time, I did.

So I'm a pedo for preferring to work with younger kids?
That's fucking pathetic. I guess I shouldn't take it personally, Cambodia does have a reputation for attracting pedos.
For what it's worth I prefer working with younger kids purely because it's an easier job. It's more an entertainment gig than a real teaching job with lengthy lesson planning required. Also teaching older kids in China is torture. They don't want to be there, they are forced. They're disruptive, rude, and because most of the kids here are spoiled rich kids they are allowed to continually ruin classes and I'm not allowed to kick them out of the room.
If someone is able to read what I wrote and the first thing that pops into their head is "pedo" I think that says more about their own psyche than anything about me.

do we really have to chase everyone off just so people can prove they are more cluey?
can we not just give a poster the benefit of the doubt until people actually have more to go on?

Thanks Hot Pink Mint...This guy is all over the place like a mad womans shit and I couldn't work out what the false documents were till you came up with illegal worker.....excellent! Thought I was going a bit senile when original op was replaced by this one. It would have been so much easier to say that instead of coming up with so many contradictory posts that make him look shifty. There is still one post left where he says visa is being cancelled and yet comes up with such fantastic tales!! Another one of my colourful countrymen.
edit...maybe the 2 threads should be combined....Batso is on the case now!...

Uuuuuughhhh, Gary are You one of those who apply for a tourist/student visa and then work full time as an English teacher while the employer keeps Your passport? And You lend money to such a "friend"? Yuck! In China, the one thing to make sure is that all paperwork is bona fide, otherwise You're in for a world of shit. Otherwise with proper RP and WP you can just say Your passport is stolen and get a new one from the Aussie embassy and then go to immigration in the provincial capital to get an exit visa, immigration will have Your bona fide status registered.

I've said multiple times I am on a full residents permit
I entered the country on a Z visa and they take your passport and change it to a residents permit
this is normal for ANYONE working legally in China

At this point, just ignore and stop responding. It's not going to help and the only outcome is making yourself look bad.GaryH wrote:OMG why is this so difficult for people to grasp. Ok, Gary, sorry for upsetting you. Then Your are just one of those many who trusted a local. I must have missed Your comments on proper visa, my bad.
Anyway, I guess You just have to wait it out and try to keep Your cool (I know, sounds easy). I wish You best of luck anyway.
