Jep often seems to have a strange take on things. Seems like a well-intentioned guy but kind of deranged at the same time.vladimir wrote:Seemed? Seriously? Capsize?Jep wrote:Marvin seemed like a well rounded poster. It's sad to see the good sailors capsize.
Bit dramatic, no?
He saw something he didn't like, he asked for input...he was advised to take a certain course of action, which he did.
Htf is that capsizing?
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Yeah, nah.
The way I see it~
Marvin had concerns about a kid,who appears from the restaurant kitchen, and runs into the arms of a barang man.
Why he never enquired to the restaurant manager about his concern about the suitation is odd. Or ask the guy.
K440 doesn't know the answer.

If the man has ill intensions with the girl, why he do it so openly in a restaurant????????
There are people who cannot imagine that there are other ways of life than their own life.

Some people see(or think they do)see things differently.
Marvin has jumped the gun on this one.
8 pages of nonsense.
Marvin, why the heck didn't you find that out yourself. Why bring your concerns here. You Stupid Man

From my limited knowledge, most paedos are notoriously careless.
They keep diaries, hundreds of photos on computers, return to scene of crimes, use social networking sites, never change their MO, etc.
Almost a self-destructive streak, maybe they are so arrogant they think they will never be caught. Perhaps a shrink could enlighten us.

I lived on Riverside, in the heart of the tourist district, for 2 years, from 2006 to 2008. I saw a lot of creepy things during my time there and moved out when my son was born, as it was not a secure environment to be raising children.
It was very common to see elderly men in the company of street kids.Sometimes it was only one kid, but more often it was a group of 2 or more. The most suspicious thing was that I didn't ever see them with a mixed gender group of kids-it was always all girls or all boys. LGBTI groups will probably be offended, but all boy groups were much more common, by a ratio of about 3 to 1. My ex told me that the owner of a money changing booth near our apartment had informed her that parents of the kids selling flowers, books etc. had asked her to let foreign customers know that the kids were for hire.
I thought about informing someone, but decided against it, as I had no concrete evidence and I was well aware that groups like APLE were already actively monitoring the district.
Scenes of that nature are not confined solely to Riverside. When I was living in Sihanoukville in 2004, an old guy was taking a group of about 10 young boys out to dinner every night at a Khmer restaurant near the guest house where I was staying. Maybe just a kindly old man who was touched by their plight and wanted to help, but, if so, why were no girls invited?
For the past 3 years, I have been the sole parent of my 9 year old son and my 5 year old daughter and I have permanent legal custody. I haven't had any nasty incidents where I have been accused of pedophilia, but I am careful in public. I don't take them to Riverside and I confine any public displays of affection to holding hands. Some people jump to conclusions far too quickly.

Why?0zirC wrote:The issue raised in this thread has been answered. Can administrators please shut this shit down?
There's no statute of limitations on discussing paedos on here.
It's educational for some, and I don't think any thread which possibly exposes paedos should be shut down. Just my opinion.
It might be a idea to get a spokesperson from a reputable child-protection organisation to give us something definitive wrt the best course of action.

Are you an expert in child sex abuse and how abusers groom their victims?ali baba wrote:
There could be more occurring in private but it would be strange for a victim of sexual abuse to cheerfully initiate intimate contact with her abuser rather than running and hiding.
If not I suggest you STFU.
