consultancy position needed
I need to do fuck all in your company and I'm willing to pay $500 a year to do nothing , if you need someone like that urgently please PM me. Help obtaining a work permit is essential but I am willing to pay for it .
Being a consultant won't help you much without a business license from the Ministry of Commerce and full compliance with the General Department of Taxation.
You want to be on someone's books as an employee without causing them to exceed a quota of the 10/90 foreigner/Khmer employee ratio.
Bless

Why don't you just contact Bar None Legal Services? This seems right in their bailiwick.
Follow my lame Twitter feed: @gavin_mac
You'll also end up paying income tax on money that you aren't actually earning. It's like reverse tax evasion.

One of the best things about the visa crackdown is that unemployable asshats like Fred Edwards, constantly railing against immigration in their own countries, will either have to leave Cambodia or become illegal immigrants themselves.
There is a beautiful irony there.

Apparently they haven't told you about the out-of-state fee yet, nor about the Khmer language requirements.

Hahahaha. How ironic. The forum's most virulent anti immigrant poster desperately and pathetically using whatever loophole to stay in the country.
What's your view of the bogus schools set up in the U.K. to give Indian and Syrian immigrants a backside route into the U.K. by offering meaningless courses?

Here is the catch. The university will need proof of your qualifying degree, and they need it notarised by your embassy. This they say is to guarantee that it is valid and not a forgery.
However the British Embassy is the only embassy that I know of (who have been approached for this service) who have replied saying that they don’t provide this service.
Good luck enrolling without the embassy notarising your degree certificate.
