How many Weinstein type Expats are in Phnom Penh?
Why? Are you feeling a little randy?

My posts are just jokes, maybe they're rude, offensive, and politically incorrect. They're not my opinion, viewpoint, idea, or judgement, but they're just fucking jokes so lighten up.
How would one know? I suppose we could do a survey in a few of the hostess bars and ask some of the ladies working there if they have come across any Weinstein type Expats.Gabby wrote:How many Weinstein type Expats are in Phnom Penh?
"Excuse me madam, have you ever encountered a Weinstein type Expatriate in your line of work?"
Alternatively we could do a survey by sending a sms to their smartphones

On a serious note sexual harassment in the workplace is being taken seriously and is an issue in the garment industry
The Criminal Code defines sexual harassment as an act when a person abuses the power which is vested to him/her in his/her functions in order to put pressure again and again on other persons for sexual favours.
The Criminal Code criminalizes sexual harassment, imposing penalties of six days’ to three months’ imprisonment and fines of KHR100,000 to 500,000 on offenders. https://prake.org/home/labour-law/fair- ... arassmentt

I read an article about some has-been TV "star" who had relayed a story on a daytime TV show in the UK (Loose Women. Ugh), within a discussion in Weinstein, about a TV exec' writing his phone number on the back of a cigarette packet at a hotel!

I have seen it with bar owners who think it is ok to be grabbing the breasts of the girls that work in the bar. I guess because they are semi/hostesses they can't experience sexual harrassment, right?Mèo Đen wrote:How would one know? I only ask as I imagine I have spent considerably more time in hostess bars than you and can't recall ever having seen this.

When you run a bar called Glory Hole which features graphics of gaping female mouths waiting to be fed a length of dick, you aren’t really in a position to take the moral high ground here.
I know I'm unloveable. You don't have to tell me. I don't have much in my life, but take it - it's yours.

I didn’t say you own it. However you do continually promote it, and it’s promotions are the epitome of sexual exploitation of young women.
You can whitewash it anyway you like. Your moral outrage at bad treatment of women in bars comes across as the epitome of hypocrisy.

It was Lisa Riley (off You've Been Framed) FFS.
Probably would of done better to write it in choclate ice cream, or lard or some shit. She told ITV's Loose Women: 'This man in a very high position in the film that I was working on, as I went to the bathroom, I came back, looked at my cigarette box, and there was a three-digit number on it. I said to my friend 'What's that?' and she said 'It's his room number'.
