How to stop grandpas from playing 70-80s music in a bar?
They were playing the Pet Shop Boys and shits for a good 40 minutes. When I started playing Westlife they said my song is gay. WTF man.
You can take a certain type of man out of the 80's, but you can never ......
Looking back at Duran Duran is slightly better than looking back at Bavaria. Although, sometimes it doesn't feel like it.

Not sure what's worse, Pet Shop Boys or Westlife. Both are a reason to finish the beer quickly I guess.the chicken wrote:They were playing the Pet Shop Boys and shits for a good 40 minutes. When I started playing Westlife they said my song is gay. WTF man.
Dude, Westlife is gay as fuck...mind you so is the Petshop Boys!
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.

The lyrics are quite apt for GSM around midnight. Which do you choose girls? A hard or soft option?
Sometimes you’re better off dead
There’s a gun in your hand and it’s pointing at your head
You think you’re mad, too unstable
kicking in chairs and knocking down tables
in a restaurant in a Cambodian town
Call the police! There’s a madman around
Running down underground
to a dive bar in a Cambodian town
Too many shadows, whispering voices
faces on posters, too many choices
If? When? Why? What?
How much have you got?
Have you got it? Do you get it?
If so, how often?
Which do you choose
a hard or soft option?
(How much do you need?)

Lots of 80s songs are timeless. Anything by bands like AC DC and Metallica will still be cool man 2048 man

I usually play a lot of stuff from the 70s, which was a bit before my time. It's is a bit like Chicken listening to Westlife. I lived in London for a long time where music trends are a huge thing, then I kind of lived in a void (bad international connections) for a few years after moving here, so I didn't get to hear Justin Beiber etc for years. Some modern music is garbage, some is great, I hear a lot of stuff that my kid plays, some of it is good:
And then they get the dancing going:
That's creative shit.
Here's another tune that the youngsters around my way seem to like:

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
SE-Asia is improving, a couple of years the only thing you heard everywhere was classic rock.
But good to see that generation is finally dying out and we can listen to real classics

None but ourselves can free our mind.

This Site serves a good channel. The grandpas dont disturb me no more when they get to know the lyrics like Swear it Again:
I wanna know
Who ever told you I was letting go
The only joy that I have ever known
Girl, they were lying
Just look around
And all of the people that we used to know
Have just given up, they wanna let it go
But we're still trying
So you should know this love we share was never made to die
I'm glad we're on this one way street just you and I
Just you and I
I wanna know
Who ever told you I was letting go
The only joy that I have ever known
Girl, they were lying
Just look around
And all of the people that we used to know
Have just given up, they wanna let it go
But we're still trying
So you should know this love we share was never made to die
I'm glad we're on this one way street just you and I
Just you and I
