Hi there,
I represent a start up social enterprise here in Cambodia. Our mission is to help equip young adults with autism with the job and life skills they need to be successful and independent. We also hope to advocate for the strengths of individuals with autism throughout the country. We do this by operating a pop up sandwich stand, which we take to events, festivals, corporate partners and other locations. All our staff are individuals with autism.
If anyone would like to know a little more about this project, please do feel free to get in touch at [email protected].
Here is a link to what we have been doing in other countries (Indonesia and Hong Kong).

Might be a good idea, but just curious. How do you find the 'individuals with autism throughout the country'. It's not like they're wearing a badge, or they have all been diagnosed and put in a database.....
Let us know when you have a location. I for one would buy

Clients generally find services, not the other way around.Kachang wrote:Might be a good idea, but just curious. How do you find the 'individuals with autism throughout the country'. It's not like they're wearing a badge, or they have all been diagnosed and put in a database.....
EDIT: In this particular instance client's loved ones/family find services.

Yes you're right, this is a part of the challenge for us - although that being said there are an increasing number of institutions where individuals can go to receive a diagnosis and subsequent support if necessary. We partner with such organisations. We are aiming to add to the improvement in diagnostic services here and provide a pathway to long term employment for the guys that work for usKachang wrote:Might be a good idea, but just curious.
