Hi..
When i used to live in Kampot, we were able to register our small business by visiting the One Stop Government building near the river.
Does anyone know if Phnom Penh has these type of places.
I looked for one a while back but couldn't find shit.
Hope someone here knows
Cheers.

In Phnom Penh there are several, check in which area you want to start your business and visit that local 'one stop shop'.
If you tell where you want to base your business I am sure someone will know where that local 'one stop shop' is based.

Yea, I think it is call the Ministry of Commerce or something to get a licence or registry certificate, had a friend there done that where he went in person. Set him back about 300 bucks...but this was about 4 years ago. You should ask pdw_kiwi as he seems to know about the legal side of things.

If you go on person to the Ministry of Commerce then there is usually a couple of dozen 'agents' hanging around in the car park and lobby who can expedite the process for you. Some of the better ones can run the whole process for you, from the Ministry of Commerce to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, including VAT patent registration, et cetera.

"We, the sons of John Company, have arrived"
They're called 'One Window Service Office's'. There is usually one in each Khan.
Quick Google search came up with this, not sure if it's helpful or not because I haven't bothered reading it.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
