Will the Russian Blvd flyover be ready before KNY?
Seeing as New Year has already started, at least unofficially, I would say NO. Must be close though. They have made pretty good progress, for Cambodia.
Unlike with the road going south of there out past Northbridge, which is taking forever. Must be well over two years they have been sodding about with that 3km stretch of road, concreting one fifty metre patch at a time. Oh, and they have left the electricity poles in the middle of one of the carriageways - not sure if they are planning to move them in to the central reservation at some point.

They will open it next week for KNY but will close after it for another 2-3 months to finish the work.

Last week I was stuck in total gridlock underneath it. Two cars in front of me were stuck sitting under a wild shower of welding Embers flying down from the bridge onto their cars. Luckily it stopped just as I was passing it but at that moment I realized the second car in front of me was a brand new Bentley which must have been pelted. Couldn't have been good for the paint...

It cannot be finished before KYN; however, the bridge will be temporary open during KNY.
The brain has two side, the left got nothing right and the right got noting left.
Today the street lights were on and they where levelling the asphalt. It looked completed.
Yes, drove home that way last night and it looks finished, just a bit of tidying up going on. A moto ahead of us squeezed through the barrier and drove up the ramp - not sure if he was a regular motorist who just couldn't wait, or a construction worker going about his work.

Is that you with the yellow helmet LJ?

No.
But the flyover was so good I went over it again today.
Note to self: Must be nice to morons.
There already was one accident of a bus crashing into the maximum height bar knocking it off its footings
