My son was vaccinated at the National Pediatric Hospital in Phnom Penh back in 2011 when he was around 6 months old.
More recently, back in Oz, we've been trying to assess what vaccinations he may require or have missed back then.
The record NPH gave us seems impossible to read. I showed some clinic staff here and they couldn't make anything out, saying that we needed to get someone in Cambodia to tell us what was done as they reckon sometimes there are five things done at once and other times four things. Problem is that NPH don't have an email address to send them the record. Yes, we could ring them, but then we need to get the answer in plain English - and of course, we are not there to pay a bribe as a facilitation fee. I expect it would be a waste of time trying.
Wondering if anyone that reads 440 may have any info to help, or perhaps had their child vaccinated at the same time/place?
Here's what they gave us:

Vaccinations in 2011 - what were they?

They should have written a dated entry into his yellow vaccination book. If you can find the book it should be in there. If you can't then try to determine the date, at least based on your son's age at the time it will be easier to guesstimate (if needed) what the shots were.

Thanks Alexandra.
We never had the yellow book. Perhaps because he was born in Australia - he had his first round of vaccs here before we moved to PP.
The date is not an issue, we know that, it is just what the heck they pumped into him.

Don't quote me on this but I seem to remember Pedro Jr. getting vaccines straight away for Hep (unsure which flavour) and TB, then later MMR, polio and perhaps Japanese Encephalitis. Some of these were single shots, others were a series.
Were you given the yellow vaccination record book with a mum and baby picture on the front? I can't see the cover on google, but inside looks like this:
Edit: Alexandra beat me to it....

Thank you for the responses.
No idea what to do. I suppose they will have to take some blood and look for antibodies or something to work out what they have done in PP.

There may be some useful information about the standard immunisations that would have been given in 2011 in this document: http://www.nationalplanningcycles.org/s ... 006_10.pdf
A new measles-rubella vaccine was introduced to the national vaccination program in 2013 https://www.unicef.org/cambodia/12681_21647.html, so it's probable rubella wasn't given in 2011, and he may not have received a second measles shot: https://www.cdc.gov/globalhealth/immuni ... mbodia.htm
I've had antibody tests done in the past to check immunity of a number of 'lifetime' immunity vaccines, so if you can't find concrete details it shouldn't be too difficult to get a test done.
