police may share the same building but they're not mandated to issue single certificates...raendi wrote:For me Sangkat is neighborhood police station, tell more if you have better definition for this?badboybubby wrote:firstly it's not a police certificate..it's a sangkat certificate which by definition is official (government)...

Is that a new change? If you have any more details I'd be grateful.walkjivefly wrote:One benefit is being able to apply for an EB EoS without having a job.
It's not actually specified in the Immigration sub-decree, but is an option. I've posted details on a few other threads about how to achieve it.holidayinkh wrote:Is that a new change? I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
Reading on a UK government web site from my interpretation it says that a marriage is not valid in the U.K. if that marriage is not recognised in my partners country of domicile no matter where the marriage takes place. If Cambodia won’t recognise a marriage in Hong Kong or wherever and my Country the U.K. won’t accept it is pretty much worthless.
I wonder if this means that if in the future I decided to return to the U.K,get a visa for my partner and marry in England that would not be possible or legal in the U.K. if her country of domicile did not recognise it?
