Is there a forum war?
I refuse to go out with nothing more than a whimper followed by a small farting sound and a shit stain on my bed sheets..
Just thought I'd share that with you.

To me it seems that this forum is run by guys in the country (with PB being here for what looks to be 20 years), while the other forum is run by guys that don’t live here. You wake up and check the other forum and there’s been a lot of activity over night, presumably while they’re sitting in Saudi with nothing to do. You moved away and sold it, which seems sensible.Dallow Spicer wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2019 1:57 amI don’t post much these days for obvious reasons - not being in Cambodia means I have less to say or contribute. But for what it’s worth i still find it by far the most interesting of the two largely because it has more gravitas and more posters whose views are worth reading.
What they have over there is more posters who are prepared to start threads that generate responses. I’ve never worked out why that is. I have a theory though that 440 stalwarts have been used to being entertained by much better threads historically and too many posters seem to sit back and let others start discussions. If everyone made more of an effort the forum would continue to thrive for many years to come. It’s trite, but forums need engaged members to thrive and that’s the responsibility of everyone.
I’ll get my coat.
I just like the tone on here a bit more. But I also want Felger to post more.

I think you guys missed a bit of the internet somehow? Clarification:
Meum est propositum in taberna mori,
ut sint Guinness proxima morientis ori.
tunc cantabunt letius angelorum chori:
"Sit Deus propitius huic potatori."

No, he would never do that. He would never ever use sock puppets.YaTingPom wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 12:16 pmWere you posting under another name?Dallow Spicer wrote: ↑Sat Apr 13, 2019 1:57 amI don’t post much these days for obvious reasons - not being in Cambodia means I have less to say or contribute. Does anybody even give a fuck if there's a forum war?
Let Miguelito and General Mack sort it out in the gym, FFS, but miguelito is fitter and has a longer reach

ירי ילדים והפצצת אזרחים דורש אומץ, כמו גם הטרדה מינית של עובדי ההוראה.
Yeah but don't underestimate Gonk's resourcefulness. If he manages to sit on Miguel's face it'll be over with a crushing sound.
There's been enough blood spilled at the gym already, yes?

Drama queen BKK Trapper started the thread just to get some attention.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.

I have something to add.
I started a fair dinkum thread about arriving in Cambodia without the required photo for a visa.
A Mod here piped in after 3 great replies suggesting I should be on meds and other totally disrespectful stuff.
Totally out of order.
Why should anyone open a thread here with that behaviour from a moderator.
I'm not angry, just disappointed.
oh, shut up jep,..I,ll buy you beer.
