All is in the thread title.
Bonus for places with some parking potential as many 1.0 expats drive nice cars nowadays.

^ Pretty much what I was going to suggest- avoid Pub Street like the plague and head out to a Khmer Beer Garden. Follow that up with a few hours in a KTV

Going for dinner at long time not eat Malraux, don’t hesitate to say hello to a group of odd looking, loud speaking French men, especially if you are a Japanese kh440 reading woman.

I am pretty sure that it closed down years ago.
There used to be an excellent French restaurant there, down a side street next to the main ACLEDA bank, called something like Abacus - not sure if it is still there, but if it is it is well worth a visit.

I still go there, despite its new ownership (I think incorporated into the 'Temple Bar' complex), especially as its 'Chicken fried rice' is excellent and reasonably priced. (There is also the same fare, on Pub Street, at three times the price, but inferior.)

Zanzibar closed years ago, try down Sok San rd if being harassed by ladies floats your boat a few girly bars along that stretch.

Abacus is still there but changed owner 6 months or more ago. The place is now owned by The Restaurant Collection who have a range of restaurants from places like Champey, Madame Butterfly, Kanell and the excellent, Embassy. Based on the latter I would say Abacus should still provide excellent froggie cuisine.
