Unfortunately they have not it is still available to view.
My take on it is: if given a drink shortly before going to bed I doubt if you would notice the effects of any drug until the morning. I think also lots of people are underestimating the strength of a 35 year old woman , especially one who has come from the province and may be used to hard work.
It's already been touched on by other people but it's more likely her son helped her more than Walter.
It's surprising he hasn't been brought in for questioning but no one really knows the psyche of the Cambodian police. Possibly they're happy to have a suspect who admits guilt and as far as they are concerned it's all done and dusted.
Saying that he's really lucky he isn't in a cell right now and or being vigorously questioned.
Another point I'd like to raise is , is it really unusual that a lender of money has been killed in Cambodia. People are quite happy to kill to cover up their crimes and I'm assuming that is probably not that unusual. Others just don't deal with the evidence in such a calculated manor.
saying that how difficult would it have been to put a couple of bricks in a few plastic bags or onion sacks along with the body parts and chuck it in the river. What a dumb cunt.

One more question, as I understand Alamo was a semi popular joint someone said the playboy guy ate on 6th June. Was that death day? Or after. The killer broad said she drugged the husband for 6-7 days and spent her night chopping and slept in the day. So was it open? I'm sure ass surprised nobody, like nobody have said I went there during that 5 day period so anyone verify it was open? By all accounts both Alamo's were broke one stream of income would be the restaurant so if it had to shut did Mr Alamo not ask why? This is a sure ass salacious story that people would be like fuck i ate there on Thursday,. Yet the only anonymous creeps are just people bullshitting about American capitalism have joined in... Kinda strange?Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:12 pmNo idea, but it's a good question. Not trying to implicate the kid who was just following his mother's orders but it would be interesting to find out what happened to it.

As mentioned by a couple of others, despite accounting for "Province Power", things didn't go down the way she has described it.Fred Edwards wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:46 pmI think also lots of people are underestimating the strength of a 35 year old woman , especially one who has come from the province and may be used to hard work.

She didn't move that body and, stash it in the freezer that it wouldn't fit in because that's much harder than stitching three 25lb bags of potatoes or cement end to end, dragging them around and then somehow getting them into a small freezer. Which it won't fit in. It's hard enough moving someone who's had a skinful, even with help, let alone a cadaver.
The only way she could have conceivably got the body into the freezer was in parts, which totally contradicts the freezing it first to aid dismemberment line of the confession.
She didn't dismember the body, either pre-freezer or post freezer, without anybody else knowing because it would take a long time, cause a shitload of mess, would have been noisy and the privacy and time wasn't there. It's a small, fully occupied house, FFS, And have you ever heard a quiet butchers? It'd be hard enough to joint a whole chicken in silence without someone in the house knowing you'd done it, let alone something as big and heavy as a human.
Load of shite and my guess is that the person who knew and helped is indeed the son because somebody sure as shit did and it might explain why she is sowing the "I acted alone" line. It might be that despite being as vile and mad as she has been described by those who know her, she does actually have some bond with and feelings for him and wants him free of suspicion.
I 'd bet a few riel that sonny might have even taken a trip to the water on the victims bike with some smaller appendages and bits when he was caught on CCTV.

That's my take too (although it's Gendarmerie/ Army who are did the investigation, not police), much easier to just go on the confession and close the investigation, although knowing a bit about their "ways of making you speak" I'd be surprise if they couldn't find out more if they wanted to bother.Fred Edwards wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:46 pm

Perhaps she did do that and that might explain why so few body parts were actually found. One report said she had thrown some parts in the Mekong, rather than the Tonle Sap. Here are some comments from CNE. news that may or may not be true but given the gravity of the crime wouldn't surprise me:saying that how difficult would it have been to put a couple of bricks in a few plastic bags or onion sacks along with the body parts and chuck it in the river. She allegedly cut up one leg, and gave the meat to a moto-taxi man as "steak".
As told today by her neighbor.....
serious.
Was talking to her neighbor today at Sundance, 172 Street. They all live/d in the lane beside the hotel.
The killers Yank hubby still lives in the apartment.
Khmer residents dont want to return to the apartments until some kind of spiritual blessing is done.
Apparantly her head still missing.
I'm not sure about that, both the operation in Tuol Sleng and on that laneway weren't what you could call a restaurant. I heard the food was good but it was just a couple of small tables in the front (living)rooms of small shophouses that hadn't been converted or anything. I went by them a few times and mostly of the time they looked closed or empty. I never ate there, but relations did.Jack Frost wrote:One more question, as I understand Alamo was a semi popular joint

Buddy you raise the same damn questions everyone else does. Yet nobody, even the folk who have been in touch with Mr Alamo can answer that..bipolar bear wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 12:05 amAs mentioned by a couple of others, despite accounting for "Province Power", things didn't go down the way she has described it.Fred Edwards wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:46 pmI think also lots of people are underestimating the strength of a 35 year old woman , especially one who has come from the province and may be used to hard work.

Alamo knew, but not involved at all and said deal with this shit and i'll look after the kids.
Or
Kid was complicit which will have been from moms pressure, so also don't ruin his life.
Or
It's like she said it was

OK not popular but was it shut the whole time? Or open.?Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Sat Jun 15, 2019 12:42 amThat's my take too (although it's Gendarmerie/ Army who are did the investigation, not police), much easier to just go on the confession and close the investigation, although knowing a bit about their "ways of making you speak" I'd be surprise if they couldn't find out more if they wanted to bother.Fred Edwards wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 10:46 pm

No idea, I haven't been down that lane in weeks and that would have just been going straight past.

Has anyone tried the "Bad boy ribs" there?
Shudder.
Shudder.
"I don't care what the people are thinking, i ain't drunk i'm just drinking"
Yes aparently Playboy did on the 6th.....................
I went to Alamo Cafe months ago right at lunchtime and she and the kids were asleep on the sofas in the back half of the restaurant/living room. She woke up to serve me.
So she could have easily been up all night dismembering a body and then providing the same ordinary service at the restaurant during the day.

It stands to reason that if she killed the moneylender because she was afraid her husband would leave her if he knew about her debt, that she would ask her 16-17 year old son/nephew for help moving the body before asking her husband. We know she asked him to get rid of the bike, or at least drive it away from her house.
Did the police find body parts in her freezer or were they all disposed of by then? I still don't get why she confessed. Even if the police suspected her, even if they had video of the moneylender arriving at her house and the son riding off with her bike, just keep your mouth shut.
Or say "She left in a tuk tuk and asked me to have my son drive her moto somewhere, and I don't know why the video doesn't show her leaving in a tuk tuk, it's fucking Cambodia nothing works here there are power outages every day." Then let the police try to convict her with no murder weapon, no confession, no known motive, etc.
Talking to the police is always dumb. Always.

People aren't being fair to the people that know Walter and who are defending him on here and the other forum !
I don't think they're supporting him for thinking that he couldn't possibly have had anything to do with it.
Friends of a certain London barbershop were also of the same opinion about the owner. I think it is more likely to be from a feeling of I don't want to believe it A sense of disgust beyond comparison.
If you read the Alamo thread, there are a quite a few customers, who, like Playboy, just dropped in to pick up a few ribs as a takeaway. It would also explain a lot of the missing body parts.
Remember, she gave a tuktuk driver part of a leg and called it steak.
And who's to know that the teenage Khmer son didn't absolutely relish in helping chop up a body. It's for the police to ascertain.
In the west, all parties would be held for investigation.
I notice it's ok to arrest 400 people in a drugs raid. Why not in a gruesome murder case?
And why no mention of the American, or of the house being a restaurant in the Post?

Edit...deletion retracted as I am still flabbergasted at the intro paragraph considering the test of the content.
I was staying out of this but, jeezsus, are you serious? Starting your post with comments about not being fair to people ....and then spelling out in black and white, making it hard to avoid and super tangible, that they may have eaten human flesh. I don't know whether to laugh at you or just shake my head in wonder.
I won't comment on the likely authenticity of the reports. I just couldn't avoid responding to your post. Well, I suppose I could, but, you got me. I think amazed bemusement wins with your post.
