D. I. Riviera, and maybe you
They have bought more than fifty vibeyards in France. Them getting into an EU country is a brilliant idea, so many options to invest or resettle in the future.

Yes, just one.
The after-sale support is not there.
I am reduced to asking on k440 if anyone
knows anyone who knows anyone at Canadia Bank.
Well?
Should I check for a PM ?
They are certainly public in there marketing. Maybe
the DI Riviera company has a reader here. Go public.

Totally and utterly bonkers.
It's intriguing to watch, and yet a little sad at the same time.

The sales people speak English, but it would be too much
to expect them to be able to speak to me. We all can agree?
I was assured that I could sign up for the "Option B", the
last column there. It is a Canadia project, and they seemed
to offer Canadia Bank financing at a stated rate of 10 percent.
Canadia Bank has never heard of this. Now the sales staff deny it.
Given how often you completely miss the point on this forum and seem to have the comprehension levels of a befuddled hamster, with communication skills to match, I'd wager a small sum that you completely misunderstood them. And now you're right royally buggered.

after doing some googling, the only reference I could find to the loan / payment plan purchase option you discuss in this thread was on this Japanese website - http://gbn.bz/business/cambodia-condo. I think this is the website venuslarry mentioned the prices from earlier in the thread. if you open the website in google chrome then google should be able to give you a somewhat botched translation. perhaps it could give you some leads.
hope you manage to sort it out!

How much have you sunk into this so far, florida?
I came, I argued, I'm out
Ohhhh Andy, you and money.
No. It is not about the money. It is about doing an honest
deal, on an investment that could pay out to all Cambodians.
Not just the rich, but the poorest people in Cambodia stand
to benefit if the project goes well.
I have one more payment in Feb. and then I was expecting
the bank loan to take over the payment due in May.
