Great marketing.
To open up to a possible wider audience maybe include room sizes, possible accom, storage, lease details, deposit, years running, expected profit and maybe some pictures?
Not being an arse just being helpful.

He's already given lease details.
As for profit - it's a business costing $7000. How much profit would you think it makes?

I would really like to see some photos inside and out of the business. Photos of the kitchen and what equipment it has a mixer? Type of oven and stoves? Refrigeration? The 7 dimes is very interesting but what is the foot traffic like

You could call him and set up an appointment to see the property and the mixer. I think that's probably why he posted his phone number.popeyesretreat wrote:I would really like to see some photos inside and out of the business. Thanks for coming back OP and posting the extra info, actually quite a lot of info.
St51 does have quite a lot of foot traffic, especially later in the evening.
Have you considered selling Pizza by the slice, as opposed to by the whole ?
With all the late night drunken foot traffic, there might be a market for it ?
Just a thought
Cheers

Always thought a late-night greasy-food mobile cart would be a good idea on 51, chips, pizza, hotdogs, burgers with fried eggs, bacon etc.

I remember on Santa Monica Boulevard, LA they had a pizza-per-slice place. Always busy.Playboy wrote:Thanks for coming back OP and posting the extra info, actually quite a lot of info.

When was the last time you were onStreet 51 Vlad? there are about 4 of these food trucks by GSM/Pontoon/Heart of Darkness and they have been there for years selling burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, fries etc. plus Katy Perri's pizza
Don't agree - the pertinent info is included in the original post. Those interested will call. The more info he gives on the thread the more silly questions or comments he will get. I once tried to sell something on K440 - the result was a bunch of daft questions. I gave a phone number, but none of the idiots asking idiot questions would ring. They just continued asking questions on-line. Strange how some people get their kicks.YaTingPom wrote:Great marketing.

The eventual purchaser simply rang up, got the address, came out and took it...
Took it? Didn't you try and stop them?
Harsh.
Harsh.

Is Katy Perry pizza a food truck or actual storefront? If a truck, where does it hang out?tombraider wrote:vladimir wrote:Always thought a late-night greasy-food mobile cart would be a good idea on 51, chips, pizza, hotdogs, burgers with fried eggs, bacon etc.
