Looking for a room from now on

I arrived to Phnom Penh already am looking for a room urgently now. Budget 150 USD/month including expenses.

If anyone heard or could recommend any place or where I can look for, I would be greatful for any help.
Preferably area: best in the neighborhood of Independence Monument, but none specific, something within my budget is more important to me
