My room will be available on the 3rd of May.

The Flat is Huge. 3 Bedrooms, 1 big living room, a kitchen, fully furnished. To share with 2 people (a guy and a girl)

It's on Street 278, close to the restaurant Happa and Café Soleil.
Quiet at night (far enough from the busy "Equinox" area).
Close to shops, Lucky Market and bars...

The rent about $180 (with expenses), it can be less sometimes...
