Hello,
I am preparing my move to siem reap in the 2nd half of this year and I have been looking at affordable housing in Siem Reap.
I have seen some nice looking houses in what looks like a parc - resort with joint pool. They are rather affordable (300-500$) and on the pics it looks great.

It looks like some of the houses are extreemly small (pics with wide angle camera. But on the other hand, I will be living there with my Khmer GF, not having kids and we don't need a lot of space.
Is anyone living in one of these or such a parc? How is it? Well taken care of or very minimal? Who are living in these houses?
I cant find any info on the internet about these kind of parc/resorts. Does anyone have more info or a website?
Thx a lot!!
Bungalow / villa parc - resort in siem reap with pool
The 2 BR villa in the 2nd link looks good for the price. Since you wont be moving before a few months why don't you hop there for a week end or so and see by yourself ? It looks newish with unwrapped furniture in link 1 so there might not have been tenants yet.
I would love to come over, and my GF is asking every day. When it would be possible, I would come for 1 month, not a week.
But need all the time to get everything sorted here and want to save as much money as I can because I don't have steady income and have to start new.
THe houses look nice and new. They all seem to be n some kind of project with more alike houses. But can't find info on that. I did send email to the agencies too.

Tiny living room that will always be awkward.
Sofas in the kitchen, no space for dining table.
35 different tile designs, and the most slippery of them all placed around the bath tub.
No storage in the bedroom.
No outdoor space.
Looks like it had potential to be nice, but didn't get there.

Yeah,
Layout is ver strange. I like the wooden house for more.
It seems very hard getting information about these houses. I did send an inquiry, but all in Khmer style : No answer
Anyone knowing or living in such a parc
