Always liked Cubs. Are the Sufat ones made in Vietnam any good?

Thanks.

Similarly, the viet mall on Monivong near Mao has lots of Dream copies called Rambo for $650.
Thats a lot cheaper than these $920 cubs.

I've seen them, do they seriously make those Rambo motorbikes in Vietnam?

OK. But Cubs are pretty, especially the ones in commie green...are these VN ones any good or not? I notice they have a one-year warranty.

Real Jap ones are about 2.4K.

And I'd hate to get bike-jacked for a fake Dream.

i took one out for a test ride at a place down in Kampot a few month back. very rickety and i have a daelim and a win. the steering bearing (if there was one) was wobbling all over the place and the shocks where way to spongy for a new bike. maybe after some tightening up and a few after market parts you might have something.
they sure do look nice though. i like that chocolate brown metal flake one.
Why, oh why, didn't I take the Blue pill?

Khmers won't buy them-too cheap.
They are very brand conscious so no resale value.

in a word no,
youd do much better to buy a second hand real cub. they last for much longer and hold value better
